Gee I have been a slack blogger.
I'm looking at the blank page and thinking 'right.....o.k....now what?'
George is fully recovered now - thanks everyone for asking after him.
The Crazy Fit is going very well, every time I use it I notice a little bit more toning of that which needs toning (which would be my whole body) :)
I have been checking out a few different games on Facebook between work/housework.
Some of them you need performance enhancing drugs to play!
Seriously!
We've had torrential rain here - actually we had some flooding out the back - and in the garage - we were digging trenches in the pouring rain to clear it all.
It seems to have rained for a week or more!
Actually have a bit of sun today which is amazing.
The best bit is, the more rain we have, the less likely we are to get snakes in Summer - so I won't complain!
I am hanging out for the school holidays.
Poor old Possum is so ready for a break.
Friday he was too tired to get out of bed.
So I called and talked with two of his teachers.
One teacher I hadn't told about his vitamin D deficiency ~ he was pleased to know that Possum hadn't just lost interest.
It was pouring with rain that morning and his teacher said he'd prefer Possum to be at home in bed :)
It still seems to be slow to build up (the vitamin D).
He picked up a bit early in the week last week, then crashed at the end of the week.
His other teacher noticed this too.
I dunno.
It's tiring chasing him around in the morning and trying to get him up and awake.
He is working too many hours at the moment also.
The trouble is that he is now 18 - they have to pay him more - if he asks for reduced hours they may replace him.
Maybe not, but I think he is worried about knocking the hours back.
Small Man is much the same.
His therapist sessions are going really well.
He has started to trust his therapist and open up to her about how he feels.
It's heart breaking to listen to, but important for him to let it all out.
I had a nice 'ladies lunch' last Wednesday with my mum, my oldest friend (we have known each other since we were born) and her mum and daughter.
I had to stop myself from thinking about what I should be doing, and just go with it -
I have become so housebound over the last few years for different reasons.
It was really lovely.
Still no news on when the work changes are starting.
It's interesting how they won't be needing me in this position - but when something happens like the warehouse stuffs up and delivers an extra hundred items to one of my guys, and the stuff needs picking up/re packing, and paperwork needs to be done, and couriers need to be organised to collect it again....who do they get to do all of it????
Hmmmm.......!!!!
On that note I will disappear again :)

Yay, you're still with us!
Hope Possum picks up soon, how's his fasting blood sugars and vit B levels?
Got bucketing rain here in Melb, too, fingers crossed it finds its way into the dams!
I've missed you. Don't be gone too long, 'K?
Michelle ~ Umm?..yeah...last time I checked!
Jayne ~ Sure am :) Thank you so much. His vitamin B and fasting blood sugars were fine. I think it's just because he got so darn low on vit D that it's taking ages to catch up. Working 5 shifts per week on top of college isn't helping either...
More rain here today...we've had so much now!
Lou ~ I've missed you too my friend, I'm getting there. Trying to get my house in order too before I get busy, busy, busy :)
