I have discussed the nuiscance caller problem with 2 of my managers and the other manager that lives near us.
Actually one of them (manager AX) was there when she repeatedly rang my mobile.
I made it quite clear to him that she was unsuitable - and he agreed.
Anyway - manager AX had an ad in Saturdays paper.
I sent him an email to once again say that she had been calling me repeatedly despite my letters and so on.
I said that she would no doubt ring him again this week.
I told him that it was up to him if he wished to interview her, then perhaps tell her she was unsuccessful.
I asked him to let me know if he'd like my help with this - I know some people find it difficult.
So anyway, I just checked my email and he had replied.
HE INTERVIEWED HER TODAY, AND HAS PUT HER ON!!!!!!
I have had this issue so many times with him it's getting ridiculous.
He just will not listen.
I hope she rings him day and night.
I replied with - 'Oh...o.k. up to you....I hope she doesn't harass the customers like she has me'
When these new changes take place he will no longer be my concern - that will be one good thing about it.......................
Far out I'm angry!!!!!!!!

Well, on his head be it. You shared what was going on, if he isn't going to listen, then it's his problem. Will you have to deal with her?
Wendy ~ It's a toss up! When the new changes come in I will no longer be responsible for him - no looking forward to not bashing my head against a brick wall any more :)
Nikki ~ It's not the first time I/we have tried to advise him on something and he just ignores the advice - that is my job and he won't let me do it. I'm not planning on holding any meetings with the whole district, and once the changes happen I won't have to....so hopefully not :)

But then he must be suffering terribly from Small Man Syndrome to try to prove you wrong like this! (Tongue firmly in cheek, hope he keeps on suffering!).
