Sad Case

Feeling ridiculously and inexplicably sad tonight.

Think it's just the lack of sleep from constant pain (worse when lying down),

and trying to push myself,

and frustration over having yet another thing 'wrong' with me,

and yes we have long determined I always have something wrong with me - so no need to point that out!

and drugs that make me feel sick, so not taking them any more.

Maybe just needed a good cry,

so have done that....ummm didn't work.

Unlike me to feel sadness like this, doesn't happen that often,
I am usually a very optimistic person and laugh at myself often- and hard - I suppose everyone has their days.....
