*YOU'RE JOKING!!!!!!*

Read my previous post for this to make sense.....

Now he's not even prepared to face us tomorrow.

He had one of the office girls call my boss and tell her he's not coming....

People have hit the roof.....if they weren't majorly pissed off before, they sure are now

One just wrote back to me 'Oh...My...God'

Phew...........

Just to answer Nat's comment properly, there are many things keeping me in my job at the moment.

I have to have the flexibility until Small Man has at least had his operation.

I like what I do (despite getting a pittance at the moment) and it is worth fighting to make them change things, it seems like the easy way out to leave in some ways.
Also the fact that I managed to put up with that horrible, nasty, evil woman for almost 4 years, and survived.

The people - some of these people I have worked with for 9 years, if I go, they go, and I know they rely on the income.

So I have to dig myself in for a battle.
Why not eh, I seem to be always fighting something these days - not bad for someone extremely passive and non-confrontational.

*sigh*

I have absolutely no idea what to say. Except, perhaps, that the Company you work for seems to blow. And I'm wondering how much longer you're going to continue to allow them to take advantage of you.

Aim high, negotiate halfway, always look 'em in the eye, remind them of legal failings, outline possible paths they are forcing you all to take (ie reporting them to nearest legal dept) etc.

Natalie ~ thank you darling xx

Lyd ~ I sure am, and have the whole state behind me, even people that have resigned in the last few weeks. They are going to get flooded by emails (not from me) all saying the same thing!

Jen ~ Thank you :) I'm not ready to quit yet, stay here and make them change it is my attitude at the moment.

Lou ~ You are spot on, well they do blow now with their choices of management and the decisions they have made. I'm staying put at the moment, to walk away after 12 years of hard work would be just giving someone else my income for free - not doing that.

Jayne ~ That's where they have us, we are all on contracts and not employees, so legally we don't have a leg to stand on. It's basically a licence for them to do what they like - but mass protests will hopefully work ;)
