I logged into the company website......and one of my managers has disappeared from the fold....
The two that are still on there haven't sent their agreements in as yet.....
I started back with a reasonably good week - two of my ladies had sales of $1000 each which is brilliant.
Some are yet to start up again for the year, which is actually fine, I am happy to ease into this new world of change, although I did feel nervous seeing my new 'title' plastered all over my web page....
The meeting went very well yesterday, the team is organised and know what they need to do and when they are expected to do it.....

Yeah - I have to accept that it's happened, like it or not, more not than like at the moment....a few others are pretty pissed at the drop in income so far....I won't know for 2 weeks how much it'll affect me.
Seems like big change all around this year...

Sooo another phase begins... I hope you don't lose $$$$ over this. Why do "they" change a perfectly good working system? I'm waiting for news of lapbanding. What an exciting time...

'They' just dunno what they're on about - luckily I don't rely on the income as much as I have had to in the past, but one manager I am close to does....and I think she'll leave - more fool them for losing someone good and experienced.
