I finally got hold of Dr Matt (he emailed me Tuesday and I've been trying to catch him since).
We will be going over to Melbourne within the next 4 - 8 weeks for Small Man to see him, and a hepatologist for further investigation into his liver function.
He said 'because we are trying to get a lap band within the next 6 MONTHS'.....which has shortened the estimated time by 3 months already.....I'm not getting my hopes up too much, but it's a positive....

Bloody Hell, girl. I go away for 2 days and look what you do to yourself!!!! Just get your body totally alklised and no diet cokes or such... Just get well, please...
Fingers crossed for Small Man - and for YOU!! Sorry to hear about all the cysts .. I'd offer to kiss 'em and make 'em better, but 12,000 miles is a long way to go.
