Well I'm wired....up.
Got the monitor on this afternoon.
I just don't feel in the mood for it today (not sure why or what but there you go).
It's bulkier than I thought - the wire from the leads to the unit is fairly thick.
The unit is a bit bigger than a mobile phone and can clip onto your pants, except that it was dragging my pants down a bit and I was getting cranky pulling them back up all of the time....
So it's now on the neckline of my top.
I can see I won't get a lot of sleep tonight.
And can't have a shower tomorrow - OH THE HORROR.
It's a huge pet hate of mine.
I find it very difficult to leave the house without having a shower......very.....
Oh well, it's only for 24 hours.
Could be worse. A lot worse.
Hopefully I don't feel quite as irritable and shitty and basically down tomorrow......

I'm the same way about a shower. I just can't get motivated. When we were at Disney a couple of weeks ago, I showered at night (to save time in the morning), then would wash my face with warm water, pull my hair back, put my face on and feel suitable to leave our room... Maybe try that? It's just one day, right?

I HATE not having a shower too, but this year has seen me running out the door constantly without one. :(
