Big A called me.
His workplace is laying off 30 people TODAY.
No warning.
I have calculated this to be 5% of the employees there.
He said the environment is horrible, people are crying....especially their manager, who has the job of 'coming to get' people....
Basically they are called in, talked to, laid off, then escorted from the grounds.....they don't get to see them again.
He said if I don't see him before 7pm tonight I'll know he's o.k.
My brother and SF work there too......
Any positive vibes would be good right now.....
