Uh duh - I asked for CONFIRMATION IN WRITING

So that does not include PHONE CALLS

oh and she will "address my email in due course".

So if she wasn't checking emails whilst in Hobart why then did my household update HAVE to be in BY 5pm yesterday????

If someone can explain that to me, I'm all friggen ears....

The time it took to write that reply she could have answered my questions....
